About
CryoMaestro is private cryo-EM processing software built by structural biologists and software engineers who run cryo-EM workflows in their own research. The goal is a deployable platform that scales from a desktop workstation to a distributed compute cluster. Each installation still requires validation for its hardware, integrations, security policy, and intended use.
Vision
We want cryo-EM data collection and analysis decoupled geographically while remaining integrated operationally. CryoMaestro lets researchers reach world-class microscopes and computational resources without owning the hardware, while maintaining a single interface that hides the distributed-computing complexity.
Extensions are first-class citizens. A reviewed method can declare its inputs, outputs, resources, and result presentation through a stable contract, allowing it to participate in the same workflow and provenance model as built-in capabilities.
The product model
The public product surface is organized around the work a facility performs, without requiring users to manage the implementation behind it.
