1. Scope
This notice covers cryomaestro.com and its public documentation and metadata APIs. A customer-operated CryoMaestro deployment is controlled by that customer and should have its own privacy and data-governance documentation.
2. Information processed
The public site does not currently offer user accounts, advertising trackers, marketing analytics, payment collection, or contact forms, and it does not intentionally set marketing cookies. Hosting and network providers may nevertheless process ordinary request data such as IP address, user agent, requested path, referrer, timestamp, response status, security events, and download or API activity. Information you send under a separate support or commercial agreement is governed by that agreement and the receiving provider’s practices.
3. Purposes
Request data may be used to deliver and secure the site, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, maintain availability, investigate incidents, comply with law, and understand aggregate operational demand. It is not sold or used by CryoMaestro for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Service providers and disclosure
The site is delivered through infrastructure providers, currently including Cloudflare, which may process request data under its own contractual and legal obligations. Data may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention and security
Operational data should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, delivery, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and documented backup cycles. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security. Customer research data should not be submitted to this public website.
6. International processing
Network providers may process information in countries other than the visitor’s. Applicable transfer safeguards and provider terms govern that processing. Merely publishing this site does not mean CryoMaestro offers regulated services in every jurisdiction.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. Because the public site has no visitor accounts, we may be unable to identify a request record without additional details. Use the privacy contact in your order form or deployment agreement. Do not post personal or confidential information in a public repository issue.
8. Children
The site is intended for professional and research audiences and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit children’s personal information.
9. Required operator information
Before commercial launch, this notice must be completed with the operating legal entity, postal address, working private privacy contact, jurisdiction-specific rights, exact provider retention settings, and any additional subprocessors or analytics actually enabled.
